Winter Solstice Celebration
Celebrate the Winter Solstice with us! All are welcome to join us in celebrating the arrival of winter with a make-your-own lantern craft and short guided night hike.

Winter Minis
Get kid-free hours during the holiday season while giving outdoor hours of fun to your explorer! Kids will enjoy nature-based exploration, games, and activities. ​

Forest Families: Pender County!
Forest Families expands to Pender County this winter! This program offers an opportunity for families with young children to explore and learn about our local environment in a meaningful way. With a focus on play and sensory activities for the children, and hazard awareness and nature knowledge for the parents, we strive to make this program fun and interesting for the whole family.

SERIES 1:
​​When: Friday, December 4th & 11th 10:30am-12:00pm
Where: Millers Pond Park (12762 US-117, Rocky Point, NC 28457)
Who: Children ages 0-5 with their adult caregiver
Cost: $40 per family with $5 non-refundable supply fee;

​​When: Friday, January 22nd, 29th, & February 4th 10:30am-12:00pm

Theatre Workshop OR Improv Workshop:
Winter Session
Join us for movement, music, and storytelling. Children will use their bodies, voices, and imagination to present a story.
For ages 6-12 to attend without a caregiver (drop-off).
