Thank you to everyone who joined us for our community fundraiser with Cape Fear River Watch!

We had a great time out on the water, spotting some of our local wildlife friends along the way and enjoying a beautiful day together.

A huge thank you to Cape Fear River Watch for partnering with us and helping make this event possible.

We’re so grateful for the work you do and for the chance to get our community outside and connected to the places we love.

The team is gearing up for the program year but first we wanted to take a little look back on the summer. We’ve had so many incredible movements filled with laughs, crafts and so many celebrations! Thank you to everyone that’s made this summer so fun! We’re couldn’t do it without our families, community partners and site partners!

REMINDER: Orientations start mid-September!
Registration is open now for weekly and monthly programs for kids and teens. With programs in Brunswick, New Hanover, and Pender counties, there’s something for everyone!

And don’t forget about our FREE monthly programs! You do NOT need to be enrolled in a 3P program to attend, everyone is welcome!

Time for our annual PSA: Every Kid Outdoors Program starts September 1st!

Do you have a 4th grader (or homeschool equivalent)? With the Every Kid Outdoors pass, 4th graders and their families get free entry to national parks, lands, and waters!

The FREE pass is valid from September 1st to August 31st of your child’s 4th-grade year.

Happy first day of school to all of our friends in Pender, Brunswick, and New Hanover counties!

Have a kid in school but still want to make time for outdoor adventure each month?

We have once-a-month programs for ages 6–16 running October through May!

Nature Wanderers (Ages 6–12)
Meets one Monday each month, with spots available in our Brunswick Nature Park program and one spot remaining at Carolina Beach State Park!

Pathfinders (Ages 12–16)
Meets one Friday each month at Hanover Stables.

Worried about absences? We work with families to request educationally excused absences and also take school workdays into consideration when planning our calendar.

Give your child the gift of unplugged hours each month to get outside and explore!
